Control panel WHCP (Wellhead Control Panel) for working with hydraulic actuators and handling of 3 valves (1 well) (surface and subsoil) in their different configurations, with working pressures up to 20kPsi and automatic-manual and/or local-remote control options.

In addition to this, the configuration can be made for cluster management (several wells).

ELECTRO-PNEUMATICS

WHCP (Wellhead Control Panel) control panel for work with pneumatic actuators and electric control (Solenoid operated valves) with voltages of 12, 24, or 120 volts. For handling 3 valves (1 well) (surface) in their different configurations, with working pressures up to 6kPsi and automatic manual and/or local-remote control options. 

Additionally, the configuration can be made for cluster management (several wells).

ELECTRO-HYDRAULICS

WHCP (Wellhead Control Panel) control panel for working with hydraulic actuators and electric control (solenoid-operated valves) with voltages of 12, 24, or 120 volts. For handling 3 valves (1 well) (surface and subsoil) in their different configurations, with working pressures up to 20kPsi and automatic manual and/or local-remote control options.

In addition to this, the configuration can be made for cluster management (several wells).

HYBRIDS

WHCP (Wellhead Control Panel) control panels where different energies are used for force and/or control (electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic), where there are benefits both in specific applications and in standard applications. For this, voltages of 12, 24, and 120 volts obtained from the electrical network or photovoltaic assemblies are used in the electrical part, pneumatic supply between 100 and 6000 Psi (N2, compressed air, or natural gas) determined by the application and hydraulic pressures up to 20000 Psi.

For this purpose, 12, 24, and 120 volts voltage obtained from the electrical grid or photovoltaic assemblies, pneumatic supply between 100 and 6000 psi (N2, compressed air or natural gas) depending on the application and hydraulic pressures up to 20000 psi are used in the electrical part.

Test benches for industrial valves.

Relief and safety valves

Test bench with its respective force unit and multi-dynamometer bench for testing both pneumatic and hydraulic valves PSV flanged and threaded with pressures of 10KPsi max. Digital test recorder that in turn generates the report of the same.

Control valves

Test bench with its respective force unit and multi-diameter bench for carrying out both pneumatic and hydraulic tests on control valves PCV – LCV – TCV flanged and threaded with pressures of 10KPsi max. Digital test recorder that in turn generates the report of the same.

Sectioning valves

Test bench with its respective force unit and multi-diameter bench for carrying out both pneumatic and hydraulic tests on cutting valves (sectioning) in its sliding or rotary configurations and with types of mounting flanged or threaded with pressures of 10KPsi max.
